Jackson Mahomes Accuser Forced To Shut Down Her Aspens Restaurant And Lounge Due To Death Threats

Jackson Mahomes was arrested and faced with multiple charges after the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge owner accused him of forcibly kissing her two or more times. The owner was forced to shut down her restaurant because of death threats, harassment, and vandalism to her restaurant.

Why Does A Victim Don’t Have The Strength To Report?

Jackson Mahomes who was the younger brother of the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was arrested last May. The owner of the restaurant filed a case against him after he forcibly kissed her and grabbed her by the throat last February 2023. The 23-year-old Jackson Mahomes was charged with three felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and one misdemeanor count of battery.

Jackson Mahomes was also accused of shoving a male waiter on the same night. One of the employees in the restaurant said that it is hard to own a restaurant and sadly they were almost there to make it their goal before the whole thing happened.

The owner of the restaurant, Aspen Vaughn, was forced to close her restaurant because after the incident she received a lot of death threats and harassment. Also, some strangers vandalized her restaurant. The owner said her safety is at risk because people attacked her after she reported the incident which is why many of the victims don’t have enough strength to report it due to how they get treated.
