If you’ve been outside today, you know it’s been one of those classic Boise spring days—chilly, gray, and just damp enough to make you second-guess your outfit. Morning showers made for a drizzly start, and as we head into the evening, temperatures are settling around 39°F (4°C). If you were hoping for a warm Saturday, well… maybe next time!
Sunday: A Little Sunshine Before the Clouds Return
Good news—Sunday morning should bring some much-needed sunshine! But before you get too excited, clouds will start creeping back in later in the day. If you’ve got outdoor plans, your best bet is to get out there early before things start looking gloomy again. Expect a high of 60°F (15°C) and a low of 42°F (5°C) overnight—a slight warm-up, but still not quite t-shirt weather.
Monday: Wind, Clouds, and Some Afternoon Showers
Heading into the new week, Monday’s going to be a bit of a mixed bag. We’ll start off with a little morning sun, but don’t be fooled—clouds will take over quickly, and a few afternoon showers are likely. On top of that, it’s going to be breezy, so if you’re stepping out, bring a light jacket and maybe an umbrella, just in case. Temperatures will top out around 56°F (13°C), dipping to 36°F (2°C) overnight.
What’s Ahead for the Rest of the Week?
In true Boise fashion, the weather this week will keep us on our toes. We’ll see a mix of sun, clouds, and the occasional rain shower, so layering up is your best bet. One minute it’s blue skies, the next it’s sprinkling—springtime in Idaho at its finest!
