A Florida man was so drunk that he forgot about wrecking his car outside of a 7-Eleven without any pants.
If you get arrested for DUI outside of a 7-Eleven without any pants on, then it might be time to make a few life changes. One Florida man crashed into a pole outside of a gas station. He was so drunk he didn’t remember doing it.
Cops find a drunk Florida man with no pants at 7-Eleven
24-year-old Bonifacio Tiburcio-Manual left a party to head to a gas station for more alcohol and woke up behind bars. According to Leesburg News, police officers responded to the scene after a man hit a concrete pole in front of a 7-Eleven.
As police officers approached the wrecked blue Ford sedan, they noticed that Tiburcio-Manuel was sitting in the driver’s seat without pants on. His wet pants were in the passenger seat beside two empty beer cans.
When officers asked for his license, he provided a Mexican ID. It turns out that Tiburcio-Manuel has never been issued a driver’s license, which made his charges worse.
Upon exiting the vehicle, he couldn’t stand. He admitted to drinking but didn’t say how much. He was out getting alcohol from the 7-Eleven on the way home from a party and didn’t remember wrecking his car.
Tiburcio-Manuel refused to perform field sobriety tests but provided breath samples of 0.256/210L and 0.260g/210L. I’m not a scientist or cop, but I’m guessing that those numbers meant he was smashed.
He was arrested on charges of DUI and not having a driver’s license. He was taken to Lake County Jail and released after posting a $1,500 bond.
