But on the other hand, it can have bad effects on health like it can affect the body’s circadian rhythm and also cause sleep disturbances.

But we can use the day light saving time by performing some remedies like sleeping earlier, 15-20 minutes every day and following till one week before the time change.

After sleep time, the next important thing is sticking to a regular meal time, taking exercise daily. Along with exercise, getting up earlier to consume natural light and avoiding alcohol and caffeine like substances can also help in improving day-light saving time.
