While the Ram 3500 topped the list of trucks most likely to hit 250,000 miles, Ram’s half-ton 1500 landed at the bottom. As you can see above, every one of the top 15 longest-lasting pickup trucks has a higher likelihood of reaching 250,000 miles than the average vehicle does. And the top 11 pickup trucks are more than twice as likely to hit 250,000 miles than the average vehicle.
Obviously, not every pickup truck available in the U.S. made this list of the 15 longest lasting. Multiple compacts and mid-size trucks, such as the Ford Maverick and Ranger, the Nissan Frontier, and GMC/Chevrolets Canyon/Colorado are missing. But the Honda Ridgeline unibody, compact truck earned spot #10. And of the trucks that actually made the list, the Ram 1500 came in dead last.
