However, one semi-truck carrying more margarine than anyone can imagine recently caught fire and caused a traffic delay.

Truck driving requires quite a bit of skill. This is the case because it can be hard to drive for long periods and because many people can’t control a vehicle that large. However, even with all the skills in the world, things can still go wrong. Now, according to Click On Detroit, a semi-truck carrying 42,000 pounds of margarine caught fire on January 15th. This happened at around 11:15 p.m., which is still somewhat of a busy time for traffic.
Of course, this is a rare occurrence in truck driving, and it’s unimaginable how the driver must have felt. The semi-truck fire likely happened due to a braking malfunction. The Bath Township Fire Department responded to the call. The DeWitt Township responders also assisted. They were able to put out the fire quickly. Naturally, they closed multiple lanes of traffic during the process, leaving only one open.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported concerning the semi-truck fire. Still, things could have been far worse for everyone on the road. Based on the reporting, it seems the margarine was also left intact.
