What requirements must be met in order to be eligible for the TCA payment?
A person must fulfill all eligibility requirements in order to get TCA benefits. The following are some prerequisites for eligibility:

- Immunization: All recommended childhood vaccines must have been administered to children under the age of five.
- Learning: Children aged six to eighteen are required to attend school, and parents and guardians are required to attend school conferences.
