Great Falls, MT – A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for northwest Montana, forecasting up to 6 inches of snow through Monday morning. Residents and travelers along U.S. 287 and the Big Belt Mountains region should prepare for hazardous conditions.
According to the National Weather Service, the advisory is in effect from 8 a.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday, with higher elevations like King’s Hill Pass expected to receive the most snowfall. Lower elevations, including major roadways, could see 1 to 3 inches of accumulation.
