Thursday will bring a mix of sun and clouds, with highs reaching 40-46 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Louisville. However, a fast-moving system Thursday night could deliver light snow or rain, primarily along and north of I-64. The minimum temperature will be between 27-33 degrees.
On Friday, intermittent snowfall is likely in the morning, after which the sky will clear and the maximum temperature will be between 34-41 degrees. Looking ahead, a strong system is expected to move into the region Sunday through Monday. This storm could bring heavy rainfall, including accumulating snow, although details are still developing.
