WPBN: According to a new complaint, a woman who was recently released from correctional facilities in the state of Washington claims that her former cellmate, a biological male who is six feet and four inches tall and is a “violent, convicted sexual predator,” sexually attacked her on multiple occasions while she was compelled to share a cell with him.
According to a federal lawsuit filed against the State of Washington, its Department of Corrections, and several prison officials, Christopher Scott Williams, who is 35 years old and has not changed his name but identifies as female, was transferred to the women’s prison.
He allegedly began harassing and threatening a female cellmate almost immediately after arriving at the women’s prison.
The plaintiff is accusing the officials of the prison of violating her constitutional rights, subjecting her to cruel and unusual punishment, and failing to acknowledge the risks of placing a “fully intact biological male” with a history of brutal sexual assault “in a cage” with women.
The plaintiff refers to the defendant as “Mr. Williams” in the thirteen-page civil complaint that she has filed.

“Prison officials were well aware that allowing biological males into a female prison creates a substantially increased risk of harm to female prisoners, including intimidation, violence, and sexual assault,” according to her lawsuit.
The Washington Corrections Center for Women is the location where Williams is known to be incarcerated at the present time.
She went public with her allegations against Williams in August, telling the National Review that he had frequently made sexual comments to her and that she would wake up to find him sitting in her bed. She also stated that he had made these statements to her on multiple occasions.
He was allegedly taken out of the woman’s cell at the time, but according to the lawsuit, he continued to follow her throughout the prison even after he was released.

According to the Review, Williams’ criminal history includes the following: molesting a member of his family while they were children; assaulting a male guard while he was still confined in a men’s prison; and failing to register as a sexual offender.
In addition, he was sentenced to a prison for males for the offense of domestic violence, as reported by the New York Post.
As stated by Reduxx, a copy of the woman’s Prison Rape Elimination Act report revealed that she once awoke to the sound of a guard hammering on her cell in the middle of the night. This occurred after the officer discovered Williams sitting in her bed while she was sleeping.

The former prisoner is alleging in her case that state officials violated her rights under the First, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments. She is requesting damages that are not defined as well as legal fees.
