Looking ahead to New Year’s Eve on Wednesday, skies will turn mostly cloudy, and temperatures will peak around 52 degrees. Breezy conditions are expected, but the region should remain dry for celebrations. The weather clears further by Thursday, with sunny skies and highs in the low 40s.
