An Azerbaijan Airlines passenger plane crashed near Aktau airport in Kazakhstan on Wednesday, tragically ending its journey from Baku, Azerbaijan, to Grozny, Russia. Previously, the crew requested an emergency landing and was waiting for permission,” the report stated. Subsequent reports have confirmed that the crash occurred during the emergency landing attempt.

Videos of the crash and its aftermath have emerged on social media, showing the harrowing moments as the plane hit the ground and erupted into flames. Thick black smoke could be seen rising from the wreckage. Footage also reveals that the aircraft broke into several parts upon impact, underscoring the intensity of the crash.
