12:45 a.m. in the 00 block of East Latimer Avenue: A 2013 Silver Infinity G-37 was stolen.

Overnight at Hamilton and Eden avenues: The catalytic converter was stolen from a 2013 Toyota Prius.
8:35 p.m. in the 2800 block of South Winchester Boulevard: The suspect entered a business and stole approximately $2000 worth of merchandise prior to fleeing.
10:44 p.m. in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: A woman, 22, violated a domestic violence order and prevented the victim from calling 911 during an argument in which the victim, 26, strangled her and threw her to the ground.
6 p.m. at 300 Budd Avenue: Someone spray-painted bathrooms.
Oct. 15
Overnight in the 1500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A 2023 red Rav 4 was stolen.
9:57 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two men stole clothing and were contacted outside a business. One man was on probation and in possession of burglary tools, and provided a false name. The other was in possession of burglary tools and methamphetamine and was also on probation. During a search of the vehicle, a loaded hypodermic needle was located.
1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole $1,400 worth of merchandise and was later identified. The suspect has outstanding warrants and is on probation out of Alameda County for theft.
Oct. 16
10:17 a.m. at Harrison Avenue and Ainsley Park Drive: A woman, 54, was passed out and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
12:30 a.m. in the 00 block of La Paloma: A man, 50, was lighting objects on fire and throwing them into neighbors’ yards. He was in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
700 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: The suspect 27, threatened the victim, 66, during an argument, then pushed the victim up against the door, injuring their arm and causing bruising. The suspect refused to answer the door or the phone.
8:21 p.m. in yjr 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 41, and an unidentified suspect shoplifted a variety of beauty products from a store and exited without paying. The woman was stopped and found to be in possession of some of the merchandise. The second suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.
8:41 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: An unidentified female entered a business and shoplifted cigarettes and other merchandise. She fled prior to officers’ arrival.
4:07 a.m. in the 00 block of La Paloma: Someone wearing a gray hoodie and dark pants broke into a vehicle via window smash and stole a backpack with miscellaneous sporting equipment. The backpack and all items within it were located on Duncanville Court.
Oct. 17
8 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 62, was passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot. He was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe, and it was discovered he had shoplifted from a store.
2:44 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 60, was causing a disturbance and challenging security. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and had multiple outstanding warrants.
5:41 p.m. in the 700 block of Manx Avenue: A man, 64, was falling asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
8:24 p.m. in the 1500 block of Sheffield Avenue: A man, 72, became intoxicated and slapped his wife during an argument. He was arrested and booked into jail without incident.
11:34 p.m. in the 100 block of Jane Ann Way: A woman, 18, was seen entering the backyard of a residence. She fled on a bicycle as officers arrived in the area but was stopped a short distance away. It was discovered that screens to multiple windows were removed in the backyard of the residence in an attempt to gain entry. Graffiti was spray-painted on an exterior wall of the residence. The suspect was in possession of a red spray paint can and a large cement block.
11:55 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: During an argument, the suspect took the victim’s cell phone and threw it off the fourth story of the parking garage, destroying it. The victim ran to an adjacent business to call for help. The suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.
1:33 a.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Officers were dispatched to a business after suspicious sounds were heard. A man, 45, had concealed himself on the roof. He fled from officers but was located and was placed under arrest. It was discovered that he had a variety of power tools and was attempting to gain access.

6 a.m. in the 1100 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone entered a house that was under construction and stole clothing.
8:59 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 41, was contacted after causing a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
11:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of Virgina Avenue: The suspect repeatedly texted the victim threatening messages and refused to stop.
7:14 p.m. in the 800 block of Wellington Place: The victim returned to their residence and discovered the glass door had been shattered. As they entered, the victim observed someone flee their backyard.
11:39 p.m. in the 100 block of Christopher Avenue: A man, 30, collided with a parked vehicle. He was found to be DUI.
Oct. 19
Overnight in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone spray-painted graffiti in bathrooms.
9:11 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 34, was swinging a crowbar around. He was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe. He was on formal probation.
1:20 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects stole $1,000 worth of merchandise from a store.
6:02 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects stole approximately $3,500 worth of makeup and fled in a white sedan.
1:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Four suspects entered a store and stole approximately $3,000 worth of supplies.
8:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 35, was contacted after stealing food from a business. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and was arrested.
12:11 a.m. at North First and Grant streets: A man, 69, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.
3:31 a.m. in the 800 block of Emory Avenue: A man, 38, was in the front yard of a residence causing a disturbance. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
3:56 a.m. in the 200 block of Dillon Avenue: Someone made entry into a yard and rammed one of the garage door bays with a vehicle.
4:46 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A driver collided into a utility pole, disabling their 2020 Kia Soul in the roadway. They fled prior to officers’ arrival.

Overnight in the 800 block of Gale Drive: The catalytic converter was stolen from a 2006 Toyota Prius.
9:19 a.m. in the 1000 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 38, was contacted after causing a disturbance. She was in possession of a controlled substance and was under the influence.
Overnight in the 00 block of Dillion Avenue : Someone forced entry to a gated complex and then into several vehicles.
12:38 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 28, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
2:19 a.m. at Union and Bascom avenues: A man, 25, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
