According to NewrePublic, The Supreme Court has made a big decision. They said no to the student debt relief plan, called SAVE. This plan was meant to help students who have a lot of debt. The court said the plan is not allowed because the president did not have the right to make it.

The plan was started by President Biden. It was meant to help students who can’t pay their loans. The government said that many students would be able to pay less each month. But some states did not agree with the plan. They said the president should not have made it without asking Congress first.

Student Debt Relief Plan Stalled: Supreme Court Says No

The court’s decision means that students will not get the help they were hoping for. Some people are very upset about this. They think it’s unfair that students are being left with a lot of debt. The case will probably go back to the Supreme Court again. For now, students will have to keep paying their loans as usual.
