According to The US Sun, Sephora shoppers can now get up to $500 from a $9.2 million settlement with Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. The company settled after being accused of misleading customers about the collagen in its products. The lawsuit claimed that the labels on their C+Collagen products made customers think they had more collagen than they did.
People who bought qualifying C+Collagen products from March 10, 2016, to June 28, 2024, can claim money even without proof of purchase. Without proof, they can get up to $100 for two products. With proof, they can claim up to $500 for ten products. This settlement is meant to fix the problem caused by the misleading labels.
