Some medicine prices will go down starting in January 2026. The medicine Januvia, which helps people with diabetes, will cost 79% less. Other medicines, like ones for blood clots and Crohn’s disease, will also be cheaper. This will save people a lot of money, and the government thinks it will save almost $100 billion by 2031.
