According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, Reno’s City Council has chosen to turn the old homeless shelter on Record Street into 136 affordable housing units. In a close vote, they picked Ulysses Development Group to handle the project. Ulysses Development plans to buy the property for $3.4 million, paid over 15 years and hopes to finish the project by November 2026.
