According to TrueCrimeNews, A man named Martinez-Romero did some very bad things. He was high on drugs and did not think clearly. He went into a bank and took a big knife from the kitchen. He told the bank tellers to give him money, and they were scared. One woman, Janet Risch, was trying to get cash for her grandchildren. Martinez-Romero hurt her and her daughter, Deb Thompson, very badly. Deb’s mother died from her injuries.

Martinez-Romero then hurt three more people. He took their cars and drove them away. He stabbed one man in the chest and one woman in the leg and stomach. When the police found him, he had a lot of money hidden on his body. He went to jail and will stay there for a long time. The judge said he will have to stay in prison for 30 years before he can ask to be let out again.
