Upcoming $4,000 Stimulus Checks for People with Disabilities – Payment Dates and Details

According to the report of VIBUS, in July 2024, people with disabilities in the U.S. will receive new stimulus checks of up to $4,000 to help with their expenses. This is part of a program by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to assist people who are retired, have disabilities, or get Supplemental Security Income (SSI). These checks are important for paying bills, such as for housing and healthcare, especially with high living costs.

The Social Security Administration has scheduled payment dates for July as follows: individuals born from the 1st to the 10th have already received their checks, those born between the 11th and 20th will receive their payments on July 17, and people born from the 21st to the 31st will receive their payments on July 24.

3.2% Cost-of-Living Adjustment in July Stimulus Payments: What to Expect for 2025

This month’s payments also include a 3.2% increase to help with inflation, with a possible 2.2% increase expected for 2025. This adjustment is important to keep benefits valuable despite rising costs. The Social Security Administration’s regular updates and payments are meant to support people who rely on these benefits and help them manage their finances better.
