According to the report of The US Sun, Wahlburgers, the burger chain run by Mark Wahlberg‘s family, is paying $2 million to settle a lawsuit about misleading pickle labels. Customers said the pickles were wrongly labeled as “fresh,” “all-natural,” and having “no preservatives,” but they had sodium benzoate, a common preservative. Although Wahlburgers denies any wrongdoing, they agreed to the settlement to avoid more legal costs.
