Armed Robbery Suspects Captured After Brief Standoff in Sanborn
Police quickly responded to an armed robbery on College Street Northeast in Valley City, North Dakota, in the early evening. They spoke with two victims who gave them important details about the suspects, who had run away. The suspects were found soon after at a house in Sanborn, just west of Valley City. The North Dakota Highway Patrol and Barnes County Sheriff’s deputies worked together to catch them.

After a brief standoff, however, the suspects voluntarily exited the home and were taken into custody without incident.
