According to the published article of Fox 21 News, Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed a law to help students go to college without spending a lot of money. The law gives a tax credit to students and makes the first two years of college free for some people. This is to make sure everyone can afford to go to college and get a good education.

Starting in Fall 2024, students from families earning $90,000 or less can get free tuition and fees for two years. To get this, they need to be working towards a degree, have a decent GPA, and fill out certain forms. Many colleges in Colorado are part of this program and will let students know if they can get it.
