Nashville Police Apprehend Suspected White Supremacist at Madison Concert
According to the published article of WSMV 4, Nashville detectives arrested a 19-year-old Alabama man on Sunday night. The Alabama man, who is believed to be part of a white supremacist group, is accused of spray painting swastikas and hate messages on five homes in Sylvan Park in March 2023. Police found out an Alabama man would be at a concert in the Madison area and arrested him there.

Alabama Man Faces Multiple Charges for Sylvan Park Vandalism and Hate Crimes
The Alabama man faces many charges, including five counts each of vandalism, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespassing, and civil rights intimidation, plus one count of theft. The vandalism happened at homes on Westlawn Drive, and Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, and Idaho Avenues. Video from one of the homes showed two masked men spraying paint over a camera, then painting hate messages and stealing a Colombian flag. In response, Nashville’s Chief of Police, John Drake, increased police presence in Sylvan Park to reassure residents and prevent more incidents. The quick work of the detectives and the arrest show the police department’s dedication to stopping hate crimes in the community. The suspect now faces serious legal consequences for his actions.
