14-Year-Old Fatally Shot in Worcester
Two Boys Arrested in Connection to the Shooting Death of a 14-Year-Old on Friday
According to Boston, Friday afternoon police went to a house in the lower Belmont Street area around 4:15 p.m. after hearing about a possible shooting victim. They found a 14-year-old boy who had been shot seriously and was declared dead at the scene by paramedics because of the fatal shooting. Worcester detectives started looking into the incident and arrested a 16-year-old at 12:15 a.m. the next day. Police announced this arrest on Saturday. Another young boy was arrested on Monday, according to Worcester police.

Fatal Shooting in Worcester: Investigation Ongoing, Police Seek Information
A spokesperson from the Worcester police department has confirmed that the second individual taken into custody is 16 years of age.
