Michigan Man Anthony Harris Convicted

A Michigan man, Anthony Harris got sentenced after a body was found at a gas station in Mitchell, according to the crime report of SDPB. He admitted to improperly disposing of the body. He faces one year in jail in Davison County.

The woman’s body was discovered at the Mitchell I-90 Travel Center. Harris was initially charged with second-degree murder and improper disposal of a body.

Michigan Man Faces Dropping Murder Charge: Autopsy Reveals Drug Overdose, Blunt Force Injuries

An autopsy revealed she died from a drug overdose outside of South Dakota. She also suffered blunt force injuries after she died. The state decided to drop the murder charge.

Harris might face more charges in Michigan.
