According to Cleveland 19, a Cleveland couple faced a big problem when their Kia Sportage was stolen again despite being told it couldn’t happen after they got anti-theft upgrades. Jackie Oliver and Edward Loukas were shocked to find their SUV gone from their driveway especially since they were promised it couldn’t be stolen without the keys. Even though they had proof that the upgrades were installed their Kia Sportage car got totaled after a police chase causing them lots of stress and money.
