Woman’s Distress Call Leads to Arrest in Sex Crime Investigation

Washington County Sheriff’s Office Responds to Distress Call, Arrest Made in Sex Crime Case

In the early hours of the morning, a woman called the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for help. She was hiding in her bathroom, injured. Deputies and investigators went to her home on Pine Log Road. They talked to her and found out a sex crime happened.

Washington County Sex Crime Case

After looking into it they arrested Joseph Michael LaBarron, 43. He was charged with Lewd & Lascivious Battery on a disabled person, according to the crime report of WJHG.
