Phoenix police officer Alaa Robert Bartley, 41, residing in Gilbert was arrested on charges of possessing child pornography following a federal complaint, according to the crime report of ABC 15 Arizona. The complaint revealed Bartley’s involvement in inappropriate conversations on social media about children including receiving illicit images from a woman between August 2020 and February 2022.
