According to CBS7, on Friday morning, a 21-year-old named Albert Rempel caused a big problem in Odessa overpass. He was driving a big truck carrying something heavy and he crashed into a bridge on IH-20. This crash made about $500,000 worth of damage. Instead of staying, he ran away.

Owner’s Cooperation Reveals Culprit in Odessa Overpass
Later, the owner of the truck talked to the police. They helped find out that Albert Rempel was the one driving. Turns out, Rempel didn’t have the right paperwork for carrying such a big load. Now, he’s in trouble with the law for breaking some rules. The road where it happened will be closed for a while so people should find another way to go.
