According to the Laconia Daily Sun, Franklin City is going to build another water feature at Mill City Park. They’re using money from selling tax credits to help pay for it. The city has already sold tax credits for the first water feature at the park. This new water feature will be for people who like surfing and paddleboarding.

Mixed Opinions on Tax Credits for Franklin’s Water Feature Park Expansion
Some people in the city are not sure about using tax credits for this water feature project. They worry it might make taxes go up. However, the city still wants to go ahead with the water feature project. They believe it will bring more visitors to Franklin and help businesses.
