The heartbreaking incident unfolded right outside a Stripes convenience store, where Jackson sustained fatal injuries alongside another employee.

The court papers say both victims worked at the store and had a run-in with someone banned from there. Things got worse when Lyon showed up in a truck. The fight moved to the parking lot nearby, where Lyon allegedly shot both victims, even though Jackson let him go at first.The whole thing was caught on camera, and Lyon was identified through a picture on Facebook.
