According to El Dorado Springs Sun, new bill proposing significant support for childcare providers has emerged, offering individuals a chance to claim a tax credit. Under this proposed legislation, individuals could receive a tax credit equivalent to 75% of their contribution as a childcare provider each tax year. The credit, however, would be capped at $200,000 annually. Individuals must contribute a minimum of $100 to qualify for this tax credit.
