Roers San Marcos Multifamily: Affordable Housing Project with Comprehensive Amenities and Transportation Services
COMMUNITY IMPACT – A new housing project called Roers San Marcos Multifamily is planned to be built on South Old Bastrop Highway. This project aims to provide 348 units including one, two and three bedroom apartments for people earning 60% of the area’s median income. It is designed to offer various amenities like a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and two childrens play areas.
