According to Fox News Channel, An investigation into the mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine, has found that the police had reasons to stop the shooter, Robert Card Jr., a month before the tragic event. The investigation says the police could have used a law called the “yellow flag” law to take away Card’s guns because they were worried he might hurt someone.
