Missouri Lawmakers Rally Behind Bipartisan Effort to Alleviate Child Care Accessibility Challenges
In Jefferson City, Missouri, lawmakers are pushing forward with a bill aimed at helping families access child care. The proposed legislation, known as House Bill 1488 would provide tax credits to employers, child care providers and families to make child care more affordable. The bill has passed through the Senate Government Accountability Committee, indicating bipartisan support child care tax credit.
