According to JusttheNews, the Georgia legislators Senate Public Safety Committee passed a law to stop cities from becoming “Sanctuary Cities.” This law would take away money from cities that declare themselves as such. Democrats were upset because Georgia legislators didn’t see the changes to the law before the meeting. The person who made the law, state Sen. Randy Robertson says sanctuary cities are dangerous and put illegal immigrants before citizens.
