In a recent court hearing, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer of Ocean County announced that William Andujar of Whiting, 52 years old was sentenced to four years imprisonment at New Jersey State Prison by the Honorable Judge Kimarie Rahillfor aggravated assault in the case related to the 2020 incident in Berkeley Township.

The Aggravated Assault charges stem from a November 2, 2020, collision where William Andujar, driving a 2010 Honda CRV, rear-ended a 2003 Hyundai Elantra driven by Susan Ewing of South Toms River, 44 years old.
