Presciption no longer Required in Purchasing Birth Control
According to CBS News, over the counter purchase of birth control is soon available and a presciption is no longer required. This will start in ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. Opill is the first birth control to be cleared for sale over the counter last summer. 50 years ago it was approved by the Food and Drug Administration . Birth Control with affordable price and easy access is very convenient since some pregnancy is not intended. Opill manufacturer, Perrigo,says the drug is 98% effective when used as directed and it is safe for most women to use. Women who have or have had breast cancer should not take it.
