The $376 million housing package is made up of Senate Bills 1530 and 1537 got support from both political parties and is waiting for the governor’s signature. The $376 million housing package includes things like letting cities expand where they can build homes and setting up a $75 million fund to help make homes for Americans with medium incomes.
