Predator Captured in Mexico for Alleged Sexual Assault Case of Young Girl
A former counselor accused of a serious crime has been captured after being on the run for almost a decade. Iris Rodriguez, 34 years old, was wanted by the Texas police since 2015 for allegedly sexual assault of a young girl according to True Crime Daily. She used to work with children and families but she’s accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior with an 11-year-old girl she was supposed to help. Rodriguez pretended to be a helpful counselor but is accused of hurting the girl instead. The police say she had been hiding in Mexico where she has friends and family. The police offered a big reward for anyone who could help catch her. After getting a tip the police in Mexico caught her on December 11th.
