1. Fort Lupton– With a population of 8,164, Fort Lupton is the worst place to live in Colorado. The average home price is $451,653, the median income is $71,293, the unemployment rate is 7.1%, and the crime per capita is 0.0383.

2. Aurora – With a population of 387,349, Aurora ranks second on the list. The average home price is $472,149, the median income is $78,685, the unemployment rate is 5.5%, and the crime per capita is 0.0537.

3. Sheridan – With a population of 6,062, Sheridan ranks third on the list. The average home price is $424,232, the median income is $53,707, the unemployment rate is 10.1%, and the crime per capita is 0.1094.

4. Lochbuie– With a population of 7,963, Lochbuie ranks fourth. The average home price is $457,546, the median income is $84,556, the unemployment rate is 2.3%, and the crime per capita is 0.0537.

5. Federal Heights – With a population of 14,173, Federal Heights ranks fifth. The average home price is $401,479, the median income is $56,316, the unemployment rate is 3.8%, and the crime per capita is 0.0433.

6. Trinidad– With a population of 8,334, Trinidad ranks sixth. The average home price is $242,035, the median income is $47,908, the unemployment rate is 8.2%, and the crime per capita is 0.0448.
