A major cybersecurity class action lawsuit was filed against a major healthcare provider MedStar Health. The cyber attack happened in October 2022 and compromised the confidential, sensitive, and health information of the patients.
In a published article in The U.S. Sun, it was stated in the lawsuit filed against MedStar Health that the protected information of the patient was leaked due to negligence and failure to take certain actions. Those who are eligible for the settlement can claim $3,000.
