The hallmark under the Biden administration is the 4th stimulus checks during the pandemic. It helped millions of Americans who were financially struggling. The American Rescue Plan which was passed in 2021 offered economic stimulus including the following:
- $1,400 per-person stimulus checks for qualifying individuals
- Extended unemployment benefits that included the self-employed
- Enhanced tax credits, such as increasing the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit
- Small business loans and grants
In a published article in Yahoo News, the Biden administration has been generous in giving stimulus checks, forgiving student loans, and other relief measures to give relief to the Americans. However, millions are still asking for a new 4th stimulus checks.

4th Stimulus Checks 2024
According to an article published in Go Banking Rates, attorney and owner of Debt Consolidation Care Loretta Kilday said, “I would expect President Biden to act swiftly and decisively if faced with a potential recession in his second term. He has consistently shown a willingness to open the stimulus spending taps widely during economic crises, so I anticipate similar interventions if we hit another downturn”
Furthermore, she even predicted that Biden will propose $1 trillion in stimulus checks if he will be re-elected in this time of recession.
