Toddler’s Murder Unveiled in Flint Ditch Tragedy

The tragic incident unfolded when a woman noticed Butler dropping something into a ditch near her home on Dodge Road. Curious, she investigated and found a blue blanket with a skull sticking out, prompting her to call 911. Police arrived and discovered the body of Chaos Butler, who had been left there for weeks before being found.

An autopsy revealed that Chaos had suffered skull fractures and other injuries, indicating abuse. Shockingly, toxicology reports showed that the toddler had methamphetamine and cannabis in his system at the time of his death, indicating further neglect and mistreatment.

Reports suggest that Chaos’s mother was homeless, leading Child Protective Services to place him in Butler’s custody. However, this decision was made despite concerns raised by the Department of Health and Human Services, which petitioned against it, arguing that it was not in the child’s best interest to be with his father.
