The amount of SNAP finance payments is influenced by household size, with single-person households receiving $291 per month and households with eight members eligible for up to $1,751 per month. Additional funds of $219 are added for each extra member in households larger than eight.

Montana SNAP finance payments are available to single-person households with a net monthly income of $1,215 and eight-person households with $4,214. Monthly rewards are placed onto an electronic benefits transfer card and can be redeemed at authorized venues like farmers’ markets and grocery stores.
