According to Daily Item Finance News, since changes were made to the state’s property tax/rent return plan, 3,800 more people are now qualified. This is good news for seniors in the Valley area of Pennsylvania. A report from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue says that more people in Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, and Union counties can now get at least a $380 refund.
