Eligible residents in Florida have one day left to file a claim from $500,000 settlement made by Bank of America. The plaintiff claims that the Bank of America violated Florida’s Consumer Collection Practices Act which led them to file a lawsuit.
In a published article in The U.S. Sun, those who are eligible can receive up to $500 from the Bank of America’s settlement money. Even though the bank did not admit any wrongdoing or violation mentioned above. Each member will be given an equal share of the settlement money.

According to an article published in DIARIO AS, residents in Florida can receive payment from the settlement if they received a text or call from from Bank of America from 9 pm to 8 am local time dating back to April 22, 2020. It is highly advised to check the call logs to see if this occured.
Furthermore, those who are eligible havu only until January 26, 2024 to file their claim form or by visiting the Top Class Action’s website. Everyone is also reminded not to file settlement claim if they do not qualify.
