Unraveling the Enigma: Inside the Quadruple Murder Scheme

The second day of court proceedings revealed complexity and intrigue in the Quadruple murder plan. Witnesses described unsettling events leading up to that tragic night.

Defense attorneys for the pair plan to request that any trials be relocated to another county. That may improve the cases for a jury that hasn’t heard about the murders.

Prosecutor Corey O’Brien stressed that the two cases should not be merged. Judge Bryan Meismer concurred.

“While we’ve got a similar factual situation, I think they’re very different cases,” Meismer said. “My intent would be to keep them as separate as possible.”

After hearings, attorneys privately met with the judge to negotiate case scheduling, including trial dates. On March 28, the defense attorneys will present their motions to the judge, including a motion to alter the location, during another meeting of the legal teams.
