An NYPD officer apprehended a man trying to enter Taylor Swift’s TriBeCa condominium. The NYPD’s 1st Precinct responded to a 911 call reporting a disturbed person on Franklin St. and learned that the unidentified man had attempted to enter Swift’s apartment, according to law enforcement sources.

After investigating, officers found the suspect received a 2017 Brooklyn disorderly conduct summons. Consequently, the individual was detained for this unsolved situation. On Saturday night, it was unclear if he would face additional charges for trying to enter Swift’s home.
Swift has had security issues at her Manhattan home before. According to a police source, Joshua Christian from Brooklyn appeared at the pop star’s apartment in July 2022 and threatened to harm her if they weren’t together over the intercom. In January 2022, drunk Morgan Mank smashed his car into the townhouse, swearing he would not leave until he saw Swift.
Men tried to break into Swift’s Manhattan apartment in 2021 with a “super-fan,” in 2019 with a stalker, and in 2016 with a musician seeking professional advice. Swift has had troubles at her Beverly Hills and Rhode Island homes.
