James Dolan, who is the CEO of Madison Square Garden Sports and the owner of the New York Knicks, is now being sued, which is a shocking turn of events. According to reports from the New York Times and Associated Press, the woman who filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles claims that Dolan sexually assaulted and trafficked her in 2023 and 2024.
The lawsuit accuses Dolan of pressuring the woman, Kellye Croft, into unwanted sexual encounters after she was hired as a massage therapist for a music tour, which featured the rock band the Eagles, with Dolan’s blues band JD & The Straight Shot serving as the opening act.
The legal case outlines disturbing details of Dolan allegedly abusing his authority to pressure Croft into engaging in unwanted sexual activities, including incidents during massage appointments. Additionally, it claims Dolan arranged a meeting between Croft and Harvey Weinstein in 2014, leading to Weinstein assaulting her. Shockingly, when Croft confided in Dolan about the assault, the lawsuit contends he didn’t offer support in reporting the incident to authorities.
